Maintenance Pros is a professional maintenance & repair service company that specializes in small to medium size jobs for both residential and commercial buildings. In 2016, we started as a way for Landlords and Property Owners to feel confident that they were working with a trusted partner and a company they could call or email. We know how challenging it can be to find a maintenance and repair company who is available, transparent, and how stressful it can be to check their references and feel comfortable with your choice. This is why we focus on strong communication to schedule the job, ensuring the job is completed efficiently, and taking pride in our work and doing it right the first time.

Our Clients range from local Landlords, Property Managers, home-owners, Condominium Corporations, Commercial Owners, and national facility management companies. We are fully insured, WSIB registered, and fully transparent with our work orders and estimates. Our pricing is set at a standard service call of $95.00 (materials extra). We only charge every 30-minute increments after. This helps your bottom line and ensures we don’t overcharge.
